Nitric Oxide Supplements

nitric oxide moleculeVoted "Best Molecule Of The Year" By Science Journal...Serious Bodybuilders Now Take Nitric Oxide Supplements To Dramatically Improve Their Physiques...

If you're thinking about using Nitric Oxide Supplements to help build muscle quickly, it is important to note that while many of us have seen exceptional results, there are issues you should know...

... using the wrong supplements can mean limited results and can be very expensive. We put a lot of effort into getting the body we want and, in these tough economic times, it is especially important that the Nitric Oxide Supplements we use are worth every penny.

Take a moment to read how Nitric Oxide Supplements work and how they can have a dramatic effect on the results you see...

Nitric Oxide Supplements...How They Work...

Nitric Oxide (NO) acts as a neurotransmitter in your body. This means it is used to sends signals to your blood vessels which tell them to relax and to widen. This allows increased blood flow to organs and, importantly for us, all our muscles.

Without this little molecule we would not be alive. And when this process is interrupted a whole slew of medical problems arise.

So, Nitric Oxide is important. But what are its benefits in our bodies? It basically performs four important tasks:.

  1. NO sends increased bloodflow to our organs whenever needed. So, for example, when our arms need more blood supply due to exercise, the brain sends a single for the blood vessels to release more Nitric Oxide. This NO then causes the vessels to become more flexible so they can swell, allow more blood flow and hence more oxygenation.
  2. After we eat, especially high calorie meals, Nitric Oxide allows more blood flow to our stomach. This has a major impact on how well we digest food and process its nutrients. It controls blood pressure, giving more blood when you exercise, and reducing the flow of blood when our body is at rest.
  3. NO is in control of our blood pressure - some of us may think it is our jobs or our partners in control - not so :) Blood pressure control is vitally important and as we need our bodies to effectively increase during exercise and reduce during periods of rest and relaxation.
  4. Finally, and very importantly, Nitric Oxide play a big (excuse the pun) part in penile erections. It allows relaxation of the blood vessels inside the penis which, in turn, allows blood to "pool" and causes an erection. The major impotence drugs work in just this - allowing signals to be sent from brain to penis that allow the vessels to relax and swell.

You have all heard about Nitroglycerin being used for heart attack victims. Well, it is the Nitric Oxide in the formula that is the benefit. It relaxes the vessels in the heart and they therefore let more blood flow.

Some of us have Nitric Oxide in abundance in our bodies. Great for you! But there are those of us who are just not so lucky. We need a little boost so we can see the results that we work hard for. Supplements can give us this extra boost - or so it is said. Let's see how they work and what they can do for us.

Nitric Oxide Supplements are taken as part of a daily regime. They basically allow increased levels of NO to be produced by the body.

They do this by using an active ingredient called Arginine - or to be more specific - Arginine Ethyl Ester Di-Hydrochloride - which causes the body to synthesize, produce and deploy increased level of Nitric Oxide.

They are specifically designed for bodybuilders who have found that a daily Nitric Oxide Supplements increase blood flow, oxygen delivery, glucose uptake and testosterone production. The direct results of this is are greater strength, faster recovery, increased endurance and much faster gains in lean muscle mass.

And, of course, there is one more benefit that most of us crave from.

Normally, after we excise hard and get that coveted vein-popping, pumped look, it simply goes away after a short time - it is temporary. But, using the right Nitric Oxide Supplements we can keep that rock hard, engorged look for a _lot_ longer.

Why? Simple...the effect of the Nitric Oxide Supplements is increased NO throughout the whole day.

One thing that did concern us when we first started researching these supplements were the possible side effects. After a lot of research and personal use, the results are good. The only side effect we could find, and for a small number of users, was some mild headaches.

We are seeing great results and are happy. Hope this information is of help to you guys.

Nitric Oxide Supplements...Help For A Hardgainer?

Let's start with what a hardgainer is. A hardgainer is a person (ectomorph) who remains naturally slim no matter how much they eat. And much more importantly for you reading this - a hardgainer is someone fails to put on muscle mass regardless of how hard they train.

Eating and training for these people just does not pack on the pounds - and gets progressively harder as they get older.

It was in the 1940's that Dr. William H. Sheldon first described the main types, or classifications, of the human body (somatotypes) - and that they can be categorized into three main types.

Ectomorph - these being those people with a body that is typically long and thin and who has trouble gaining weight in the form of either muscle or fat. They work out, eat right and yet do not see the results their efforts should bring.

Endomorph - these being those people with a body that typically have a wide wast and retain fat easily - too easily usually. They easily gain muscle and fat due to slow metabolic rates and therefore have to train very hard and maintain a strict diet.

Mesomorph - these being those people with a body that is typically solid, has wide shoulders, narrow waist and low fat levels. These people make excellent body builders as they pack on the pounds easily and their metobolic rate runs at just the right speed to build muscle. They just need to eat correctly and train regularly. Some people have all the luck!

The human body starts to decrease hormone production when it reaches about age 25. Gaining muscle prior to this age is a lot easier, especially for the hardgainers amongst you. After that age, a little help is required, and that is where Nitric Oxide Supplements can greatly increase your results.

We recommend, in addition to Nitric Oxide Supplements, that hardgainers change their nutrition program slightly. Intake should consist of approximately 50% carbs, 25% proteins and 25% fat (only the good sorts). Your calorie intake should be upto as much as 20 times your total bodyweight (in lbs). For everyone who is not a hardgainer that would normally be 12 times your lean body mass. And for everyone, intake should be made with approximately 6 meals a day.

So, in conclusion, keep training hard, change your eating habits slightly and take Nitric Oxide Supplements and you will see the following benefits:-

• Increased Strength • Improved Endurance
• Increased Load Capacity • Increased Muscle Size
• Maximized Muscle Pump • Extended Muscle Pump

Nitric Oxide Side Effects You Must Know About

As with all supplements, you should never take them until you fully understand the possible side effects and any negative impact that taking them could have.

Let's look at Nitric Oxide Supplements for bodybuilders first - as this is very simple.

The only side effects we know of are headaches and nausea. Nothing else has been experienced by us.

But, as when taking any supplement or any drug you should take very carefull note or anything unusual - including the following:-

  • Any breathing problems for asthma sufferers
  • Rash, hives or itching
  • Unexplained swelling
  • Diarrhea
  • Stomach pains or any bloating

As for when nitric oxide is taken for medical puposes, we did some research and found the following:

Hematologic (blood study) side effects including methemoglobinemia (which increases the dos of nitric oxide) have been reported with elevated Nitrogen DiOxide (NO2). In one study of infants treated with Nitric Oxide (80 ppm), high levels were found. Discontinuation reduced methemoglobin levels to normal after a few hours.

Cardiovascular side effects including hypertension have also been reported.

Other side effects including withdrawal, sepsis, infection, and cellulitis have been reported. Headaches have been associated with environmental exposure of nitric oxide by hospital staff.

Respiratory side effects including atelectasis (9%) and stridor (5%) have been reported along with Renal side effects including hematuria and hyperglycemia.

So, for the bodybuilder, taking Nitric Oxide Supplements, the issue of side effects is not an issue at all as all side effects (except headache) are related to medical treatments, especially in infants.

And remember, you should always consult with your doctor before starting (or stopping) any supplements.
